News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $447.8 million ( $281.1 million in cash ) was won by one lucky ticket holder from California !!
In the draw last night , Saturday 10th June 2017 one lucky ticket holder matched the main ball numbers of 20-26-32-38-58 and the Powerball of 03 and thus the annuitised $447.8 million jackpot was won.
One ticket holder won the first prize in Saturday night’s Powerball draw but also three lucky ticket holders , two from California and one from Ohio won a second prize by matching the five main balls in the Powerball draw.
The second prize winners from California won $322,016 each woth the second prize ticket holder from Ohio winning $ 1 million.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore start off again at an estimated $40 million ( $24.9 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 14th June 2017.
