News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $40 million ( $24.9 million in cash ) was not won and will therefore start to build up again after the recent jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 14th June 2017 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 05-22-43-57-63 and the Powerball of 24 and thus the annuitised $40 million jackpot was not won.
It was a dull night in Powerballville last night as in Wednesday night’s Powerball draw no ticket holders won a first or second prize. The first payout came at the third prize level where four ticket holders matched four main balls and the Powerball ( one with the Powerplay option ).
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore rise to an estimated $52 million ( $32.4 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 17th June 2017.
