News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $310 million ( $213.1 million in cash ) was not won and once again the Powerball jackpot begins to build up to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention !.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 15th February 2017 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 05-28-33-38-42 and the Powerball of 19 and thus the $310 million jackpot was not won.
No ticket holders won the first prize last night but five lucky ticket holders , one from California , one from Florida , one from Georgia ,one from New Jersey and one from New York won a second prize by matching the five main balls in the Powerball draw.
The second prize ticket holder from California won $659,151 with the second prize ticket holders from Florida , Georgia , New Jersey and New York winning $1 million each.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore rollover to an estimated $349 million ( $213.1 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 18th February 2017.
