News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $348 million ( $226.1 million in cash ) was not won as once again the Powerball jackpot begins to build to a significant three figure amount.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 4th May 2016 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 30-47-57-66-69 and the Powerball of 03 and thus the $348 million jackpot was not won.
No ticket holders won the first prize but two lucky ticket holders , one from Florida and one from New York won a second prize by matching the five main balls in the Powerball draw and scooped a not too shabby $1 million each in prize money.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore rollover to an estimated $415 million ( $269.7 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 7th May 2016.
