News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $80 million ( $55.2 million in cash ) was not won and once again the Powerball jackpot begins to build up again after the recent jackpot win .
In the draw last night , Wednesday 5th October 2016 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 08-18-27-29-60 and the Powerball of 15 and thus the $80 million jackpot was not won.
No ticket holders won the first prize last night but one lucky ticket holder from Iowa won a second prize by matching the five main balls in the Powerball draw and scooped a not too shabby $1 million in prize money.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore rollover to an estimated $91 million ( $62.7 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 8th October 2016.
