News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that the Megamillions Lottery Jackpot was not won last night and thus the Megamillions Jackpot has now started to build up once again following the recent Megamillions Jackpot win.
The Megamillions numbers drawn on Friday 16th May 2025 were 02-22-42-62-66 with the number of the Megaball being 14. In Friday night’s draw no ticket holders matched the five main numbers and Megaball and thus the annuitised $122 million ( $54.8 million in cash ) jackpot was not won.
The Megamillions Jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $139 million ( $62.3 million in cash) in the next Megamillions Drawing which will be drawn on Tuesday 20th May 2025.
There were no first or second prize winners in Friday night’s Megamillions Draw with the first payout coming at the third prize level where four ticket holders matched four main white balls and the gold Megaball in the Megamillions Draw.
Two third prize ticket holders had the 2x multiplier on their Megamillions entry ticket winning $20,000 and $23,360 ( California winner) with the other two third prize winners having the 3x multiplier and winning $30,000 each.
Although the Megamillions Jackpot has recently been won the Lotto Central team still recommend keeping a close eye on the Megamillions drawing as past performance indicates that this jackpot grows rapidly after a few rollover draws .
