News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that the Megamillions Lottery Jackpot was not won last night and thus the Megamillions Lottery Jackpot has now started to build up nicely again following the recent Megamillions Jackpot win.
The Megamillions numbers drawn on Friday 17th October 2025 were 09-21-27-48-56 with the number of the Megaball being 10. In Friday night’s draw no ticket holders matched the five main numbers and Megaball and thus the annuitised $625 million ( $288.8 million in cash ) jackpot was not won.
The Megamillions Jackpot will increase to an estimated $650 million ( $304.1 million in cash) in the next Megamillions Drawing which will be drawn on Tuesday 21st October 2025.
There were no first or second prize winners in Friday night’s Megamillions Draw with the first payout coming at the third prize level where nine ticket holders matched four main white balls and the gold Megaball in the Megamillions Draw.
There were five ticket holders with the 2x multiplier , three taking home $20,000 each and two taking home $5803 each ( from California) , three ticket holders with the 5x multiplier taking home $50,000 each in prize money and one with the 10x multiplier taking home $29,010 in prize money ( from California)
Although the Megamillions Jackpot has recently been won the Lotto Central team still recommend keeping a close eye on the Megamillions drawing as past performance indicates that this jackpot grows rapidly after a few rollover draws .
