News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that the Megamillions Lottery Jackpot was not won last night and thus the Megamillions Lottery Jackpot has now started to build up nicely once again following the recent Megamillions Jackpot win.
The Megamillions numbers drawn on Friday 23rd January 2026 were 30-42-49-53-66 with the number of the Megaball being 04. In Friday night’s draw no ticket holders matched the five main numbers and Megaball and thus the annuitised $266 million ( $120.8 million in cash ) jackpot was not won.
The Megamillions Jackpot will increase to an estimated $285 million ( $128.6 million in cash) in the next Megamillions Drawing which will be drawn on Tuesday 27th January 2026.
There were no first prize winners in Friday night’s Megamillions Draw however two ticket holders , one from California and one from New York did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Megamillions Draw.
The second prize ticket holder from New York had the 2x multiplier and took home $2 million in prize money with the second prize ticket holder from California having the 3x multiplier and taking home $1,265,778 in prize money.
Although the Megamillions Jackpot has recently been won the Lotto Central team still recommend keeping a close eye on the Megamillions drawing as past performance indicates that this jackpot grows rapidly after a few rollover draws .
