News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of an annuitised $429.1 million ( $194.9 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball Jackpot has now started to build up nicely once again to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention.
In the draw last night , Monday 4th August 2025 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 08-09-19-31-38 and the Powerball of 21 and thus the annuitised $429.1 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated annuitised $449 million ( $203.9 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 6th August 2025.
There were no first prize winners in Monday night’s Powerball Draw however three ticket holders , one from Texas , one from Pennsylvania and one from Vermont did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw.
The second prize ticket holders from Pennsylvania and Vermont took home $1 million each in prize money with the second prize ticket holder from Texas taking home $2 million in prize money as they had selected the Powerplay option on their Powerball entry ticket.
The Powerplay multiplier in Monday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
