News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s annuitised Powerball Jackpot of $1.787 Billion ( $820.6 million in cash ) was won as two lucky ticket holders , one from Missouri and one from Texas matched the five main white balls and the red Powerball in the Powerball Draw.
In the draw last night , Saturday 6th September 2025 two ticket holders , one from Missouri and one from Texas matched the main ball numbers of 11-23-44-61-62 and the Powerball of 17 and shared the annuitised $1.787 Billion jackpot !!.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore start off again at an estimated $20 million ( $9.2 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Monday 8th September 2025.
There were two first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however twenty ticket holders , two with the Powerplay option selected on their Powerball entry ticket also won a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Drawing.
The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
