News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s annuitised Powerball Jackpot of $1.4441 Billion ( $654.3 million in cash) was not won and thus the Powerball Jackpot has now started to build up nicely to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention!.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 3rd September 2025 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 03-16-29-61-69 and the Powerball of 22 and thus the annuitised $1.4441 Billion jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated annuitised $1.70 Billion ( $770.3 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 6th September 2025.
There were no first prize winners in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw however fifteen ticket holders, two from California , one from Colorado ,one from Florida . two from Georgia , one from Illinois , one from Maryland , one from Michigan ( with Powerplay) , one from Minnesota , one from Ohio , one from Oregon ( with Powerplay) , one from Pennsylvania , one from Texas ( with Powerplay) and one from Wyoming ( with Powerplay) did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw.
The Powerplay multiplier in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
