News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that the Megamillions Lottery Jackpot was not won last night and therefore the Megamillions Jackpot has started to build up nicely once again following the recent jackpot win.
The Megamillions numbers drawn on Friday 21st August 2020 were 11-15-31-42-63 with the number of the Megaball being 14. In Friday night’s draw no ticket holders matched the five main numbers and Megaball and thus the annuitised $49 million ( $39.1 million in cash ) jackpot was not won.
The Megamillions Jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $57 million ( $45.5 million in cash) in the next Megamillions Draw which will be drawn on Tuesday 25th August 2020.
There were no first prize winners in Friday night’s Megamillions Draw however two ticket holders , one from Illinois and one from Kentucky did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Megamillions Draw.
The second prize ticket holder from Kentucky took home $1 million in prize money with the second prize ticket holder from Illinois taking home $2 million prize money as they had selected the Megaplier option on their Megamillions entry ticket.
The Megaplier multiplier in last night’s Megamillions Draw was TWO.
Now that the Megamillions Jackpot has recently been won the Lotto Central team recommend keeping a close eye on the Megamillions draw as past performance indicates that this jackpot grows rapidly after a few rollover draws .
