News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that the Megamillions Lottery Jackpot was not won last night and thus the Megamillions Jackpot has started to grow to a considerable amount which is certainly worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention !.
The Megamillions numbers drawn on Tuesday 28th May 2019 were 09-21-34-42-50 with the number of the Megaball being 21. In Tuesday night’s draw no ticket holders matched the five main numbers and Megaball thus the $418 million ( $264.7 million in cash ) jackpot was not won .
The Megamillions Jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $444 million ( $281.1 million in cash) in the next Megamillions Draw which will be drawn on Friday 31st May 2019.
There were no first prize winners in Tuesday night’s Megamillions Draw but five lucky ticket holders , one from California, one from Michigan , one from New Jersey , one from Virginia and one from West Virginia won a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Megamillions draw.
The second prize ticket holders from Michigan and New Jersey took home $1 million each in prize money with the second prize ticket holders from Virginia and West Virginia taking home $2 million each in prize money as they had selected the Megaplier option on their Megamillions entry ticket .
The second prize ticket holder from California took home $2,510,032 in prize money.
The Megaplier multiplier in Tuesday night’s Megamillions Draw was TWO.
Now that the Megamillions Jackpot has started to build up again the Lotto Central team still recommend keeping a close eye on the Megamillions draw as past performance indicates that this jackpot grows rapidly after a few rollover draws .
