News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that the Megamillions Lottery Jackpot was won last night as one lucky ticket holder from Texas matched the five main white balls and the gold Megaball in Friday night’s Megamillions Draw and scooped the annuitised $360 million ( $156.9 in cash) Megamillions Jackpot !
The Megamillions numbers drawn on Friday 6th October 2023 were 12-24-46-57-66 with the number of the Megaball being 22. In Friday night’s draw one lucky ticket holder matched the five main numbers and Megaball and thus the annuitised $360 million ( $156.9 million in cash ) jackpot was won.
The Megamillions Jackpot will therefore start off again at an estimated $20 million ( $8.7 million in cash) in the next Megamillions Drawing which will be drawn on Tuesday 10th October 2023.
There was one first prize winner in Friday night’s Megamillions Draw however six ticket holders, one from California , one from Michigan , two from New Jersey , one from Pennsylvania and one from Washington also won a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Megamillions Draw.
The second prize ticket holder from California took home $2,325,131 in prize money.
The second prize ticket holders from Pennsylvania , Washington and one of the New Jersey holders took home $1 million each in prize money.
The second prize ticket holder from Michigan and one of the New Jersey holders took home $3 million each in prize money as they had selected the Megaplier option on their Megamillions entry ticket.
The Megaplier multiplier in last night’s Megamillions Draw was THREE.
