News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $149 million ( $103.7 million in cash ) was won as one lucky ticket holder from New York matched the five main white balls and the red Powerball to scoop Saturday night’s Powerball Jackpot !!
In the Powerball draw last night , Saturday 17th August 2019 one ticket holder matched the main ball numbers of 18-21-24-30-60 and the Powerball of 20 and thus the annuitised $149 million jackpot was won .
There was one first prize winner in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw but also three lucky ticket holders , one from Colorado , one from Nebraska and one from Ohio won a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the draw and took home a not too shabby $1 million each in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was THREE.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore start off again an estimated $40 million ( $28.6 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 21st August 2019.
