News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $104 million ( $84 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball Jackpot has now started to build up nicely again after the recent Powerball jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Saturday 23rd May 2020 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 02-08-18-21-23 and the Powerball of 16 and thus the annuitised $104 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $114 million ( $91.6 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 27th May 2020.
There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however one lucky ticket holder from Pennsylvania did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home a not too shabby $2 million in prize money as they had selected the Powerplay option on their Powerball entry ticket. (The Powerplay multiplier is always 2 at this level of prize payout thus 2 x $1 million = $2 million )
