US Powerball Draw Review – Saturday 2nd January 2021

US Powerball LogoNews reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $390.2 million ( $301.1 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball Jackpot has now grown to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention!

In the draw last night , Saturday 2nd January 2021 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 03-04-11-41-67 and the Powerball of 05 and thus the annuitised $390.2 million jackpot was not won.

The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $410 million ( $316.4 million in cash)  in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 6th January 2021.

There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however two lucky ticket holders , one from Arizona and one from Connecticut did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw.

The second prize ticket holder from Arizona took home $1 million in prize money , with the second prize ticket holder from Connecticut taking home $2 million they had selected the Powerplay option on their Powerball entry ticket .

There were 1,395,711 winners in Saturday night’s US Powerball Draw with a total of $12,847,533 being paid out in prize money.

The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
