News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $73.6 million ( $52.1 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball Jackpot will now start to build up again following the recent Powerball Jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 20th October 2021 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 07-29-36-41-43 and the Powerball of 05 and thus the annuitised $73.6 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $86 million ( $60.9 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 23rd October 2021.
There were no first prize ticket holders in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw however one ticket holder from North Carolina did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home a not too shabby $1 million in prize money.
There were 383,646 winners in Wednesday night’s US Powerball Draw with a total of $3,663,419 being paid out in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
