News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s annuitised Powerball Jackpot of $608 million ( $289.9 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball jackpot has now started to build up to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention !.
In the draw last night , Saturday 16th September 2023 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 08-11-19-24-46 and the Powerball of 05 and thus the annuitised $608 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $638 million ( $304.2 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Monday 18th September 2023.
There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however two ticket holders , one from Arizona and one from Washington did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home a not too shabby $1 million each in prize money.
There were 1,262,413 winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw with $13,222,884 being paid out in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
