News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $81.9 million ( $64.8 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball Jackpot has started to build up again following the recent Powerball jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Saturday 17th October 2020 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 06-10-31-37-44 and the Powerball of 23 and thus the annuitised $81.9 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $91 million ( $72 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 21st October 2020.
There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however one lucky ticket holder from Puerto Rico did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the draw and took home a not too shabby $2 million in prize money as they had selected the Powerplay option on their Powerball entry ticket.
There were 469,691 winners in Saturday night’s US Powerball Draw with a total of $5,382,683 being paid out in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
