News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $131.3 million ( $90.5 million in cash ) was not won and thus the jackpot will now start to build up once again following the recent Powerball Jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Saturday 1st May 2021 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 35-36-47-61-63 and the Powerball of 03 and thus the annuitised $131.3 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will increase to an estimated $142 million ( $97.9 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 5th May 2021.
It was a quiet night in Powerballville last night as in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw there were no first or second prize winners with the first payout coming at the third prize level where ten ticket holders ( five with the Powerplay option selected on their Powerball entry ticket ) matched four main white balls and the red Powerball.
There were 625,716 winners in Saturday night’s US Powerball Draw with a total of $5,081,645 being paid out in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was THREE.
