News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s annuitised Powerball Jackpot of $163.8 million ( $79 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball jackpot has now started to build up nicely again following the recent Powerball Jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Saturday 27th January 2024 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 07-38-65-66-68 and the Powerball of 21 and thus the annuitised $163.8 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $174 million ( $83.9 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Monday 29th January 2024.
There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however two ticket holders ,one from Kentucky and one from New York did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home a not too shabby $1 million each in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
