News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from across the pond that last night’s annuitised Powerball Jackpot of $458 million ( $220.4 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball jackpot has now started to build up nicely again following the recent mammoth Powerball Jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Saturday 9th December 2023 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 05-25-26-40-60 and the Powerball of 01 and thus the annuitised $458 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $477 million ( $229.7 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Monday 11th December 2023.
There were no first prize winners in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw however one ticket holder from New York did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw and took home a not too shabby $1 million in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Saturday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
