News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $169 million ( $140.6 million in cash ) was won as one lucky ticket holder from Florida matched the five main white balls and the red Powerball in the Powerball Draw and scooped the Powerball jackpot !!.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 12th August 2020 one ticket holder matched the main ball numbers of 02-06-18-36-37 and the Powerball of 21 and thus the annuitised $169 million jackpot was won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore start off again at an estimated $20 million ( $16.6 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 15th August 2020.
There was one first prize winner in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw and also two ticket holders , one from California and one from Pennsylvania did win a second prize by matching the five main white balls in the Powerball Draw.
The second prize ticket holder from California took home $444,107 in prize money with the second prize ticket holder from Pennsylvania taking home $1 million in prize money.
The Powerplay multiplier in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
