News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $699 million ( $322.8 million in cash) was not won and therefore the jackpot has now started to build up nicely once again following the recent Powerball jackpot win.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 20th March 2024 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 13-22-27-54-66 and the Powerball of 09 and thus the annuitised $699 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated annuitised $750 million ( $357.3 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 23rd March 2024.
It was a quiet night in Powerballville last night as in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw there were no first or second prize winners with the first payout coming at the third prize level where thirty three ticket holders ( six with the Powerplay option selected on their Powerball entry ticket ) matched four main white balls and the red Powerball in the Powerball Draw.
The Powerplay multiplier in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw was TWO.
