News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $282 million ( $183.8 million in cash ) was not won as once again the Powerball jackpot begins to build to a significant three figure amount.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 27th April 2016 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 02-25-33-39-64 and the Powerball of 17 and thus the $282 million jackpot was not won.
No ticket holders won the first prize but one lucky ticket holder from Texas won a second prize by matching the five main balls in the Powerball draw and scooped a not too shabby $1 million in prize money.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore rollover to an estimated $314 million ( $204.7 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 30th April 2016.
