News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that last night’s Powerball Jackpot of $239 million ( $151 million in cash ) was not won and has now started to build up to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention!.
In the draw last night , Saturday 29th July 2017 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 01-28-40-45-48 and the Powerball of 12 and thus the annuitised $239 million jackpot was not won.
It was a dull night in Powerballville last night as in Saturday night’s Powerball draw no ticket holders won a first or second prize with the first payout coming at the third prize level where twenty ticket holders matched four main balls and the Powerball ( three with the Powerplay option selected on their entry ticket).
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will therefore increase to an estimated $261 million ( $162.4 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Wednesday 2nd August 2017.
