News reaches Lotto Central HQ this morning from our blog readers across the pond that Wednesday night’s Powerball Jackpot of $345 million ( $199 million in cash ) was not won and thus the Powerball Jackpot has started to grow to a significant amount worthy of Lottery enthusiast’s attention!.
In the draw last night , Wednesday 17th October 2018 no ticket holders matched the main ball numbers of 03-57-64-68-69 and the Powerball of 15 and thus the annuitised $345 million jackpot was not won.
The Powerball Lottery jackpot will increase to an estimated $430 million ( $248 million in cash) in the next Powerball Lottery Draw which will be drawn on Saturday 20th October 2018.
There were no first prize winners in Wednesday night’s Powerball Draw but four lucky ticket holders, one from Florida , one from Kentucky , one from Massachusetts and one from New Jersey won a second prize by matching the five main balls in the Powerball draw.
The second prize ticket holders from Kentucky , Massachusetts and New Jersey took home $1 million each in prize money with the second prize ticket holder from Florida taking home $2 million in prize money as they had selected the Powerplay option on their Powerball entry ticket .
